I stayed for a night while exploring the nearby historical sites, like the Castillo de Ponferrada just a short drive away. The room was spotlessly clean and my bed was very comfortable, allowing for a great night's rest after a long day of walking. I appreciated the self-serve breakfast. It had enough variety to get the day started right. The location was excellent for picking up supplies, as there was a well-stocked tienda right below our room. Definitely worth it for a quick stay in this charming area.

Perfectly pleasant overall experience. Nicely decorated accommodation with best possible setting short walk to the restaurant, a pretty old town center and the outskirts of Ponferrada. Variety of amazing food at breakfast time. Brand-new and modern rooms with private bathrooms.
No receptionist.

Rooms are super clean, clean, and fully equipped with comfortable beds. The air conditioning kept things cool, a relief during the hot days of travel.
Check-in was a bit chaotic without a dedicated receptionist, leading to delays. The breakfast setup didn't offer enough freshness in the fruit, and it could have used more variety. Parking access was unclear and caused some hassle initially when trying to secure a spot.

Perfectly situated right on the Camino, the room provided an comfortable bed that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Despite the language barrier, the hospitable owner went out of his way to assist us and ensured we effectively used the breakfast equipment. The breakfast itself, while self-serve, was ample and included local treats, contributing to a pleasant start each day. The check-in process could be quicker, and noise from the street at night was a slight distraction.
